alliantgroup & Parker Elementary Day at the Museum

As part of alliantgroup’s Youth & Community investment initiative, professionals spent the day at The Houston Museum of Natural Science with one-hundred and fifty third graders from Parker Elementary. The field trip was not only a way to invest in Houston’s youth, but also to expose children to the science, technology, engineering, and math fields (STEM). Students explored the museum’s chemistry, animal, and dinosaur exhibits, getting a close encounter with fossils and dinosaur bones. Students also learned about space exploration and our solar system during the Burke Baker Planetarium’s showing of Dark Universe.
