Dhaval Jadav, CEO

Dhaval Jadav co-founded alliantgroup in 2002. He currently serves as the firm’s CEO and is a member of its strategic advisory board.

Since its founding alliantgroup has established a “raving fan mission,” a policy that ensures total devotion to customer service and the client experience. On the policy Dhaval Jadav has said, “We want every single client to have the most amazing experience with us. And we want to provide them with the best in class technical expertise.” His dedication to this mission and passion for helping U.S. businesses has led to alliantgroup’s success in helping over 14,000 businesses claim more than $7 billion in incentives.

In addition to alliantgroup, Dhaval Jadav’s professional experience includes positions in both the public and private sectors – working for Deloitte & Touche and in the Houston District Counsel office of the Internal Revenue Service. Jadav has been featured in a number of industry publications, including  Reuters Breakingviews, in which he discussed the need for tax reform for U.S. manufacturers. He also serves as counsel for D Squared Tax Strategies, a consulting firm created to help clients address the new legislative tax paradigm coming from Washington D.C.

Under Dhaval Jadav’s leadership, alliantgroup has been named a Best Place to Work in the Houston area. “It’s all about investment in our employees. We give back in the form of compensation, perks, wellness initiatives, catered lunches and dinners, movie nights, golf outings, a family-type atmosphere and unlimited upward mobility,” he has said of the award. The firm offers a number of programs to benefit its employees, including health and wellness and charitable initiatives. In 2017, Jadav spoke as part of SIIA’s TechChats, discussing alliantgroup’s core mission and commitment to an innovative office culture.

The firm has also established a strong commitment to giving back. Over the years, alliantgroup employees have participated in a number of charitable initiatives, including volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, and most recently assisting in the relief effort following Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
