Dhaval Jadav co-founded alliantgroup in 2002. He currently serves as the firm’s CEO and is a member of its strategic advisory board.

In addition to alliantgroup, Dhaval Jadav’s professional experience includes positions in both the public and private sectors – working for Deloitte & Touche and in the Houston District Counsel office of the Internal Revenue Service. Jadav has been featured in a number of industry publications, including  Reuters Breakingviews, in which he discussed the need for tax reform for U.S. manufacturers. He also serves as counsel for D Squared Tax Strategies, a consulting firm created to help clients address the new legislative tax paradigm coming from Washington D.C.

Under Dhaval Jadav’s leadership, alliantgroup has been named a Best Place to Work in the Houston area. “It’s all about investment in our employees. Dhaval Jadav attended Georgetown University Law Center where he received his degree in taxation. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas, where he currently resides.
