This May alliantgroup celebrated National Fitness and Sports Month by adopting the “Exercise is Medicine” movement launched by the American College of Sports Medicine. While only about forty-four percent of Americans achieve the recommended amount of physical activity they need each day (i.e. 21 minutes), alliantgroup encourages physical activity as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle making it easy to achieve the recommended amount of physical activity each day. By offering a variety of complementary fitness classes, monthly 5k’s, and onsite gym, our professionals have access to weekly yoga, spin, circuit training, and Define Body & Mind classes to make workouts not only convenient, but fun!
