May’s National Fitness Month at alliantgroup

This May alliantgroup celebrated National Fitness and Sports Month by adopting the “Exercise is Medicine” movement launched by the American College of Sports Medicine. While only about forty-four percent of Americans achieve the recommended amount of physical activity they need each day (i.e. 21 minutes), alliantgroup encourages physical activity as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle making it easy to achieve the recommended amount of physical activity each day. By offering a variety of complementary fitness classes, monthly 5k’s, and onsite gym, our professionals have access to weekly yoga, spin, circuit training, and Define Body & Mind classes to make workouts not only convenient, but fun! So, here’s to investing in your health, because it’s one of the best decisions you will ever make!

Check out alliantgroup’s month long celebration of Fitness—including snapshots from Fitness Fridays, fitness classes, and build your own trail mix bar— proving we are Strong in Body, Strong in Mind!
