alliantgroup has created a new program for its employees to get strong alongside their co-workers. The alliantgroup Wellness Team now offers strength training three times a week for those who are interested.
The workout program is 50-minutes per class and focuses on weight lifting to strengthen specific areas of the body. The classes also include a guided personal training session for alliantgroup employees, a printout of the week’s workouts and personal coaching both in person and on-screen.
The strength training program is just one of many initiatives that alliantgroup’s Wellness Team has put together in an effort to stimulate both the mind and body of alliantgroup employees. The programs have been extremely popular, and have offered a way for team members to work on their fitness goals in a convenient way.
