alliantgroup’s Myron Moser Helps Raise $140,000 in Scholarship Funds

alliantgroup’s Strategic Advisory Board (SAB) members are all committed to our mission of growing American businesses and that includes supporting technical and STEM education. An exceptional example of this commitment is the work SAB member Myron Moser is doing with Hennepin Technical College (HTC). Moser, who serves on the Hennepin Technical College Foundation Board, is the CEO of Hartfiel Automation and a leader in advancing technical education. Last week, Moser and Corporate Citizenship Director, Casey Curry attended Hennepin’s Scholarship Gala to help students who are reaching for a technical education to achieve their dreams.

Myron is an incredible champion of technical education, helping kids find the right path for them while helping to positively impact the Minnesota economy. – Casey Curry

HTC offers 45 degree programs including engineering, automation robotics engineering technology, CAD technology, information technology and cyber defense and manufacturing engineering technology. Hennepin also offers workforce education and customized training to help its graduates land the careers they want after they graduate. HTC boasts that 99 percent of their graduates find full time employment in their chosen field.

alliantgroup knows that by funding education for American students seeking technical jobs, we can help close the skills gap and stock U.S. based companies with the best talent. No one understands this better than Moser, whose Minnesota based Hartfiel Automation employs hundreds of high skilled technical workers. Hartfiel specializes in providing pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic and automation solutions and under Moser’s leadership and investment in employees, the company has grown ten-fold and is now a leader and innovator in the automation industry.

It is clear that Moser is not just investing in his current employees but is also investing in the future of the American workforce by supporting important initiatives such as the alliantgroup Blue Heart Fund Scholarship and the Hennepin Technical College Scholarship Gala. Moser helped this year’s HTC Scholarship Gala raise over $140,000 for student scholarships. The financial aid generated by the gala will help students pay for the type of education they need so they can get the high paying technical job they want.

In an age of declining public support and rising costs, private philanthropy is essential to ensure that Hennepin Technical College continues to provide an affordable and quality education. –Hennepin Technical College
