What Makes a Top Company Culture?

According to Entrepreneur, a high-performance work culture translates into not only a more productive workplace, but happier employees, an engaged work environment and fluid communication throughout the entire organization.

For the large-size company category, the 50 companies that made the list were scored in 10 core categories that are predictive of high-performance cultures—collaboration, innovation, agility, communication, support, wellness, mission and value alignment, work environment, responsibility and performance focus—and scored on a scale of zero to 100.
