This month, alliantgroup runners participated in the 12th annual Run for the Rose 5k at NRG Stadium. The Run for the Rose was started in honor of Dr. Marnie Rose, who was in the first year of her pediatric residency at Houston’s Memorial Hermann Hospital when sadly, she passed away from brain cancer. Since then, her foundation has been able to help countless brain cancer survivors and patients while generously donating $4.75 million to brain cancer research at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center as well as pediatric health initiatives.
